At about 7:30 in San Jose, California, PayPal's private alarm notified authorities that there was a fire inside the building. When firefighters arrived, they found evidence of explosions. This prompted an evacuation of the building, and the response of the bomb squad and a hazardous materials team. All personnel were evacuated from the building, and nobody died from the reported explosions.
